Mobile Partner is the Huawei’s driver software for its USB Internet dongle lineup. Mobile Partner is used to connect to mobile networks via Huawei USB modem and it has functions like SMS messaging,Phone Book and bandwidth statistics graphs. There are hundreds of different customized Mobile Partner versions out there because of carrier customization’s and such and Huawei doesn’t always publish the very latest carrier neutral version of mobile partner on their web site for unknown reasons.
